Мониторинг электроснабжения в Node-RED

Изначально я планировал реализовать только сохранение телеметрии с модуля Peacefair PZEM-004T-100A и двух датчиков температуры Maxim Integrated/Dallas Semiconductor DS18B20, подключенных к TOMZN TOB15-63 WIFI, в базу SQLite, но… пошло-поехало и получился этот многофункциональный поток, который:

  1. сохраняет телеметрию в базу данных;
  2. управляет некоторыми настройками устройства;
  3. отправляет уведомления о состоянии на почту.

Описание работы цепочки

Поток логически разбит на четыре зависящих друг от друга цепочки:

  1. Инициализация и запрос настроек – при запуске Node-RED эта цепочка добавляет в контекстный поток настройки и запрашивает с устройства «Rule1» и «TelePeriod», которые обрабатываются четвертой цепочкой;
  2. Сохранение телеметрии – основная цепочка, сохраняющая телеметрию в базу SQLite; также занимается маршрутизацией сообщений для следующей цепочки;
  3. Отправка оповещений – отправляет оповещения о состоянии устройства и электросети:
    • энергомонитор не передает/передает данные;
    • токосъемник не подключен/подключен;
    • термодатчики не подключены/подключены;
    • напряжение превышено/нормализовалось;
    • температура превышена/нормализовалась;
    • реле напряжения сработало/восстановилось;
    • ошибки работы потока;
  4. Корректировка настроек на устройстве – при поступлении данных1) с устройства проверяет наличие изменений в настройках и, если они есть, корректирует их на устройстве2); также регулирует частоту передачи телеметрии с устройства – при пересечении максимального и минимального порога данные отправляются чаще, а при нормализации реже3).

  • 1.0 – начальная;
  • 1.1 – добавлен триггер ограничения потока писем при превышении напряжения.
